Return & Cancellations

We at Remas Jewelry want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date. 

Please read the following return and cancellation policy before making any returns or exchanges:


Exchanges:

You can exchange products purchased through remas-jewelry.com on our website with your invoice or exchange card within 15 days.

The product must be unused, and there must be no damage to the product for it to be eligible for exchange.

In exchange transactions made by sending by courier, the exchange process starts after the courier reaches our firm. If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, you will be contacted to determine an alternative product. Cargo shipments should be made to the address provided below.

 

Returns:

You can return the products you purchased from our website by sending them to us by cargo within 15 days of the delivery date.

The original invoice must be sent by courier along with the returned product.

Refund payment will be made to your account within 14 days of receiving the product.

The price of the products is returned to the credit card if the order is given using a credit card, and to the bank account if it is given via money order/EFT.


Exceptions:

In products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that are personalized by making changes or additions, all earrings, piercings, etc. In models, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal and change due to hygiene.

 

Instructions:

For orders made from the e-commerce site, return/exchange and modification products should be sent to the address below.

Please write “Remas Jewelry” in the recipient part of the package.

After you have completed your shipment, please send the reason for the shipment, the cargo tracking number, and your order number to sales@remas-jewelry.com via e-mail.

We kindly request you to add your request as a note (modification, change, return, etc.) to the cargo package.
